The movement from great to Extraordinary is a journey of a thousand tiny steps. During this special day long DrumYogaChant retreat we use spoken word, music and sharing to tease out the truth about who we are now and who we are preferring to become. This is your chance to relax with caring, like-minded souls and use all the ancient energies of the Universe to power your evolution into the Extraordinary. A deep, immersive experience, this extended DrumYogaChant workshop allows you to go to the next level inside the unique beat that is your own life. The rich tapestry of heart, rhythm, and melody will open forgotten doors and unlock the powerful magic that you’ve always known is in you.
This moving daylong retreat includes an invigorating and centering morning session, a leisurely lunch break (bring your own lunch), and an afternoon of satisfyingly connective experiences. Your favourite drum and rattle is welcome and we also have many beautiful instruments for you to try. No experience with drumming, yoga, or chanting is needed and for you regulars we encourage you to bring your “beginner’s mind”.
DrumYogaChant is sponsored by Drumming and Health and led by drum circle facilitator Lyle Povah. As an international musician and Kundalini Yoga instructor, Lyle is deeply committed and highly skilled in helping people and organizational teams follow their own rhythm, and find their purpose and passion in life.

CANCELLED: DrumYogaChant March 15 is cancelled
DrumYogaChant is truly a sonic extravaganza and I was excited at the prospect of offering DYC in an online format. However, I've decided that too much of the richness and resonance that's present live and together will be lost through online sound. Mostly for that reason, but for others as well, DrumYogaChant is cancelled for March 15.
Your tickets will be honoured and can be used in a couple of ways. Drumming and Health would of course prefer that you join us another time and your ticket can be deferred to any upcoming event that can be offered in the Bridge and Enrich venue. The cost of your ticket can also be refunded if you wish. Apologies for any inconvenience.
